"Life isn't long enough to do all you could accomplish. And what a privilege even to be alive. In spite of all the pollutions and horrors, how beautiful this world is.
Supposing you only saw the stars once every year. Think what you would think. The wonder of it!"--Tasha Tudor

The Power Of Cheese

Training show puppies involves lots of love and patience on the part of the trainer and the puppy. Pups need to learn to stand patiently until you let them know it is OK to move. We find that short training sessions keep our Corgis happy while learning. Too long and they get bored. A few seconds can seem like an eternity for a puppy. God bless the cheesemakers! Cheese is an excellent motivator for puppies in training.

Here is Mary Elizabeth teaching Stella.

"Come on, Stella! Fix those feet!"
